Before submitting your request, ensure you have completed all five steps of the program and attended a cleanup.

Step 1: Learn About the Potomac River

Learn more about the Potomac River and its history

Step 2: Protect the Potomac River

Take action to learn about what is harming the river

Step 3: Enjoy the Potomac River

Participate in a water adventure or nature hike near the river.

Step 4: Share With Others

Perform a skit, make a pledge, or contact local legislators.

Step 5: Attend a Cleanup

Attend a cleanup event in the DMV area with Potomac Conservancy.

After completing the five steps and attending a cleanup, you are ready to request your free patch and sticker. Please provide the following details to submit your request.
